1. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
2. All our prices are nett and in Singapore dollars.
3. Upon submission of your orders we will reply your email within 24 hours with a confirmation email on availability and price of items.
4. All payments must be made via POSB internet banking or atm transfer.
5. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully credited to our bank account.
6. If buyer fails to reply confirmation email within 48 hours then order will be cancelled.
7. A receipt will be posted together with items ordered.
8. Please allow 03-05 working days for delivery of items by registered post and 01 working day for express delivery after payment has been received.
9. El Salvadora will not be liable for any loss/damage of items during postage.
10. Please allow 02 to 04 weeks for delivery of items that are sold out.
